Go-East Travel protects your money in a variety of ways.

 

  1. Trust Account: After payment on our website our clients’ monies goes into a protected trust account which is guaranteed by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority. In the unlikely event that Go-East Travel goes into insolvency all clients’ money is fully protected.
  2. Supplier Failure Insurance: All our holidays are covered by supplier failure insurance which means that if one of our suppliers suffers from financial failure an alternative can be found or clients can be fully reimbursed.
  3. ATOL Protection: Any Go-East Travel holiday that includes flights is automatically covered by ATOL protection meaning that if an airline were to go bust we would arrange alternative flights or give you your money back.
  4. Package Travel Regulations Compliance: Go-East Travel is in full compliance with the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 which is designed to protect consumers who book package holidays and linked travel arrangements.
  5. Transparent Pricing: Go-East Travel endeavours to make the most significant costs and fees of any given itinerary is made clear in the marketing material. Whilst we reserve the right to alter this price of our tours in response to market conditions (see booking conditions) we endeavour to avoid making such changes in the two weeks prior to the start of a tour.
  6. Flexible Booking and Cancellation: Go-East Travel understands that plans change and therefore allows clients to reschedule trips or obtain refunds under the conditions made clear in the booking conditions page.
  7. Secure Online Payment: Go-East Travel employs security measures to ensure the safety of your online transactions. Our website uses encryption and secure payment gateways, providing a secure environment for you to make payments and protect your financial information.
